The journey takes between 50 and 70 minutes along a mountain road climbing from Manizales' 2,150 meters to over 3,500 meters at the hot springs. This road crosses cloud forest, páramo and high-mountain vegetation with possible dense fog, especially in afternoon hours. Our professional drivers have certified high-altitude driving experience.

This transfer requires reliable vehicles and expert drivers: the altitude, sharp curves, fog and cold temperatures are not for amateurs. Our white-plate vehicles with current FUEC are equipped and maintained for high-altitude mountain routes. We can arrange waiting service at the hot springs or scheduled pickup. Nevado del Ruiz volcano and Laguna Negra are a short additional distance.
